SmartSolar MPPT 150/70-Tr (12/24/36/48V-70A) model number SCC115070211 is a sophisticated way to harvest the maximum power from a solar array. It adjusts its input voltage to the optimal level for maximum power production and decouples the solar array voltage from the battery voltage. The built-in Bluetooth allows you to monitor and program the device from a phone or tablet.
The SmartSolar charge controller will even recharge a severely depleted battery. It can operate with a battery voltage as low as 0 Volts, provided the cells are not permanently sulphated or otherwise damaged.
